Overview

Capital Markets is responsible for developing new relationships with high net worth individuals, wealth managers, broker/dealer networks and other institutional investors for the purpose of raising capital.  The group also provides ongoing service to existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and future investment.

 

Current Openings

Realty Capital Partners, a private real estate investment firm based in Dallas/Fort Worth, is seeking experienced Capital Markets professionals to raise capital for its project-specific limited partnerships and investment funds.  Compensation is commission-based.

Prospective candidates should have an:

 
  • Established network of potential high net worth individual investors and/or other capital sources, such as wealth managers, broker/dealer networks and institutional investors
 
  •  Strong sales, marketing and client service background
 
  •  FINRA Series 22 license and Series 63 license (or the ability to acquire both licenses prior to starting employment)
 
  •  Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
The firm is looking to hire for the following markets: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Oklahoma City, Orange County, Phoenix and London.

Realty Capital Partners offers an above-market commission-based compensation structure which, combined with the firm’s 18-year track record, should result in an excellent compensation plan. (Commission based on overall annual capital raise.)
