RCP selects investment opportunities that allow investors to achieve diversification within their portfolios in the following ways: geographic, investment type, project type and sponsor. Other real estate investment firms may only provide one or two of these diversification methods. Geographic: RCP focuses on regions across the United States with strong job and population growth. To date, the company has reviewed and invested in superior projects in 13 states, ranging from California to Massachusetts (see chart below), and continues to look for opportunistic investments throughout the country.
Investment Type: RCP analyzes a variety of investment structures and properties to fit individual risk profiles, ranging from income properties to capital gains-oriented projects to high-yield loans. Property Type: RCP invests in a broad array of property types, including: retail, multi-family, hospitality, office, residential and land. The chart below reflects the diversity of the commpany's current real estate investment portfolio. Sponsor: A developer must have a successful track record in order to be considered as an RCP project sponsor. While we carefully add new development partners, RCP also routinely invests with its existing, stable of proven developers. |
